You have finally closed on your dream house. But now, how are you actually going to move all your belongings into your new home? It can be very easy — if you are lucky enough to be a client of Prudential Sierra Nevada Properties, the first real estate company in Reno-Sparks to provide free moving truck service. You simply call their office and make arrangements to use one of its two moving trucks that are on hand for customer use.

Clients can check the trucks out from Friday evening to Monday morning or for two days during the week. The trucks - owned and operated by CBPA Moves You, LLC - can be used for moving in the Reno-Sparks area. Clients are only obligated to refill the gas and clean out the vehicle upon returning it to the office.
